About Brocle Wholesale

Brocle with Pro-care, we are on a mission to make the world a better place, the world with Pro-care, so we do everything we can to serve our customers well. As a result, we offer wholesale service to customers in need. 

Brocle wholesale team is formed with elites with over 8 years of sourcing and designing products in China. The wholesale team has been serving customers with sourcing and handling their orders since August 2020. Customers can always drop an email with products wanted and we will make them ready. 

Categories

Brocle offer wholesale services with products made in China and South-East Asia. Our product categories for wholesale covers mainly daily consuming products and automotive products. To make it more clear, you can contact us for wholesale products of following categories - Apparel, Automotive and Robotics, Business and Industrial, Cellphones and Tablets, Consumer Electronics, Gardening Tools, Health Care, Home Appliances, Vehicle Accessories. For products of other categories, customers can also contact us for a price comparison.

OEM&ODM

For customers who wants to OEM or ODM, we are ready to help. Our cooperating factories are capable and willingly to work without products as customers requested. Moreover, we have managed to optimize the supply chain to offer OEM services at small MOQ levels. 

Quality

Brocle team only offer products with decent quality. We offer free samples for customers to try, use and play with. Our product quality is good enough for all Brocle branded products to be covered with 2 years warranty as our cooperating factories are picked up after strict audits and test productions. 

MOQ Levels

We have different MOQ levels for different products so it is better for customers to contact us with detailed products.  Here we what we can offer is a general idea of our MOQ request. 

For products we keep in stock, we do not request MOQ. Customers can order at any quantity. For some neutral products with no name and logo request no MOQ either. But for OEM and ODM orders, an MOQ is needed so that our factories can produce as requested. Luckily, our MOQ request is among the lowest level of the market. We have optimized supply chain to beat MOQ down.

Shipping Services

For wholesale orders Brocle offer different service types of quotations EXW, FOB and CIF. We offer international shipping service for CIF orders. Shipping companies Brocle cooperate are ones we usually use for shipping branded items to Amazon warehouse. We will make sure shipments are safe and delivery time as we agreed in the contracts.

Payments

Brocle cares about every customer and will make efforts to serve every customer well. And in order to serve wholesale customers well, Brocle request only one thing that all orders has to be paid through T/T bank transfer. For builk orders, Brocle request either 100% full payment to start order processing, or 30% of total order amount as advance payment and the rest 70% to be paid when we confirmed orders finished producing and ready for shipping.
