Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Brocle product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been used or damaged by the customer. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been customized or altered in any way.
